Childhood Connections.

A new body of work in progress exploring the emotional connection we have with our childhood selves and the things we create as children. The series consists of paintings inspired by objects, possessions and certificates I owned and achieved as a child as well as taking inspiration by recreating drawings and pictures I made through out my childhood.

The series has been a beautiful experience of connecting with my inner child, nurturing a strong sense of play and exploring my own relationship with my childhood, reflecting how I've developed as I've got older and a being beautiful back of forth of learning and collaborating with past little self.
